Two decades of compounding value
Illustrative relative trajectory from 2005 baseline to today — no exact figures disclosed.
Founded in 2005 — and led by him ever since.
PravinKumar Tayde formed Microtherm India in 2005 and has personally steered the company along this entire growth path, from a sales office to the manufacturing subsidiary it is today. This one company represents the majority of his professional career — twenty-one years of continuous, hands-on leadership and counting.
How I work
The working principles behind two and a half decades of building businesses, leading teams and delivering results — in his own words.
On Building in India
A sales office becomes a company only when you can manufacture, hire and stand behind the product locally. Make in India is not a slogan — it is supplier development, patience and engineering discipline.
On India–Germany Business
German engineering and Indian enterprise genuinely complement each other — but only when technology transfer is real, documented and owned by the local team.
On Teams
My job is to build high-accountability leadership teams — hire well, plan succession early, and create a culture where quality and integrity are non-negotiable.
On Complex Problems
When operations struggle, I go to the shop floor first. Safety, quality, delivery, cost — in that order of truth. Recovery plans work when they are honest about the sequence.
